Stuart Petroleum is a specialist Cooper Basin explorer which was formed in 1999.  Stuart's first oil discovery was in April 2002 with first production commencing in July of the same year. Stuart's drilling success and increased production through this success has seen Stuart grow to become the largest junior oil producer in the South Australian Cooper Basin.

Current Operations	Stuart Petroleum Limited advised that Drill Stem Test #3, run over the interval 1448.5m to 1461m in the Murta Member recovered 1.5 bbls of oil and 4.5 bbls of mud from the Dunoon 2 well.  7” production casing has been run and cemented.  Stuart is currently preparing to complete the well as a potential Murta oil well.

Comments	The well completes the 2006 drilling programme and Stuart is currently integrating results achieved and assembling the 2007 drilling programme.   This will be the final report concerning drilling operations on Dunoon 2.
